SPAGHETTI: plots useful for examining longitudinal/panel data

Description: spaghetti produces "spaghetti" plots useful for examining longitudinal/panel data. spaghetti improves on other programs that produce spaghetti plots because it does not make assumptions about the completeness or ordering of the data. Therefore, it can be used when there is missing data or when an observation begins after the previous observation has ended.
